This staple-bound book is sixteen pages long, and it includes a variety of activities. For example, there are pages to help kids practice writing and counting, and there is a maze, a wordsearch, and a spot-the-difference puzzle. Other pages focus on stickers, inviting kids to populate a scene with the animals that belong there.
Some pages are specific to Bible stories like Noah’s Ark, Jonah, and the Nativity, and those sections include short descriptions of the Bible story before introducing the activity. Other pages are less directly related to Bible animals, such as the A to Z sticker activity that includes animals like penguins and kangaroos. The stickers adhere firmly to the paper and are not reusable, and even though you can carefully peel up a sticker to reposition it, the sticker will have less adhesive after you move it. Because this book is so short and will be used up so quickly, the list price of $8.99 seems like a little bit much. Some parents may prefer to introduce the activities one at a time so that their child doesn’t blaze through the whole book in half an hour.
